To say that Aimee knows the Houston, Texas area, is an understatement. From living all around, Aimee has greater knowledge of the diversity and booming city, to the rural outskirts with land to roam. She has seen the ups and downs of the market. Starting out in 2003, she has assisted many clients, listening to what's important to meet their needs, whether selling their home, dividing their property to sell, being a first-time home buyer, new construction and work in the corporate relocation industry to ensure a smooth transition. She also recently assisted clients in the commercial industry in finding a new church home and working with a developer in renovations.  Aimee is an advocate for her clients and takes the trust they place in her very seriously. Her strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, dedication to clients’ needs, has resulted in repeat clients and lasting relationships.

Known as a workhorse and having a passion for helping others, Aimee enjoys volunteering in the community.  From serving on her former townhall committee, organizing a food drive, coaching youth basketball, singing with the worship team, volunteering at her children’s schools, donating to various organizations, Aimee loves to serve and be of assistance.

She is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.  With an everchanging economy, Aimee stays abreast of current market conditions and laws.  She is designated with the Graduate Realtor Institute, Real Estate Negotiation Expert and Ninja Certified Selling certifications.
    
Aimee utilizes a professional team of service providers to assist her clients’ specific needs including inspectors, stagers, photography, handymen, and displays her homes on her website.  She believes communication is key to anything and will keep you informed every step of the way.
