DO I NEED A REAL ESTATE LAWYER AS WELL?

Since 2003, Aimee has helped clients who held power of attorney where a loved one had passed and had a complex situation.  Her knowledge has helped make it a smooth process.  In some cases where there are land issues and unusual circumstance, it might be beneficial to seek legal counsel.  Contact Aimee and she will help you or guide you in the direction you need to go.

WHAT PERCENTAGE OF THE FINAL HOME SALE PRICE DO YOU CHARGE?

Buyers do not pay the commission because they are purchasing the property. The seller pays the commission to the 2 represented brokers, usually 3% to each side to market and bring a qualified, ready buyer.  Sometimes there are specials with certain transactions.  Ask Aimee for more information!

HOW WILL YOU FIND POTENTIAL BUYERS/RENTERS FOR MY PROPERTY?

Aimee works with you to prepare the home/property, professional photography, markets the property where it gains a lot of online traffic and gain a lot of exposure.  Before bringing someone to tour the home/property, she makes sure you have only qualified buyers coming to look so no time is wasted.

HOW DO I GET STARTED SELLING MY HOME, FINDING HOW MUCH IT'S WORTH OR PURCHASE A NEW ONE?

When thinking of selling, Aimee will run a market analysis and come tour your property.  She will then provide you a detailed report on what your home should sell for and explain the process of selling and how she markets your property. When thinking of purchasing, the first step is to know what you're qualified for and share with Aimee the specifics on location, description what price range you'd like to look in.  She works with local mortgage companies who can assist you quickly if needed.  She will then provide you a list of properties to get started on the search. Her goal is to let you know what will happen before it happens and keep you informed each step of the way to ensure a smooth process.

Don't fear!  With some patience and commitment to your goals, Aimee is here to help you stay on track.  She will connect you to a lender to help repair, build your credit and help make those dreams come true.  She's done it several times and she'll work to help you.
